Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of services provided by Dopamine World, Inc. By using Dopamine, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Your account and connections

Provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use only accounts and integrations you are authorized to connect. Spotify, Google, Instagram, and other providers are independent services with their own terms. Every provider connection is optional and may be disconnected.

Your content and permissions

You keep ownership of content and data you provide. You grant Dopamine a limited license to host and process it only as needed to provide, protect, and improve the features you request. Visibility and fan-program controls determine which other users or verified artist teams may see eligible information.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, access another person’s data, scrape private information, evade security controls, send unlawful or abusive messages, infringe rights, or use rewards and campaigns fraudulently. Artist Studio users must honor consent, purpose, role, and audience restrictions.

Service changes and disclaimers

Dopamine may change or discontinue features and may suspend access to protect users or the service. Imported and inferred records can be incomplete; public event discovery is not proof of purchase or attendance. Rewards and partner offers may have separate eligibility and availability terms. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

Ending use

You may disconnect integrations, delete imported data, or delete your account in Settings. We may terminate access for material violations. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.
